Helmet Sales

To promote safe riding in King county and the Puget Sound area, Cascade Bicycle Club sells affordable helmets at community events throughout the summer. We offer both traditional bike helmets and multisport styles in toddler through XL, for $15 each.




Helmets can also be purchased year-round by appointment from our Magnuson Park office. To make an appointment or get more information, call (206) 957-4439 or email cmpa@cascadebicycleclub.org.

The city of Seattle and King County require that bicyclists wear helmets. Bicyclists can be fined $80 for not wearing a helmet.

Bicycle Helmet Donations

For those who cannot afford to buy helmets, Cascade donates free helmets to low-income individuals, schools, community centers and non-profits in our region. To apply for a helmet donation, contact our Education Director, Julie Salathé, at julies@cascadebicycleclub.org, or call 206-523-1952.
