Low-cost and free bicycling clinics and maintenance classes for recreational cyclists, event riders, commuters, novice cyclists, seniors, and youth.

We also conduct custom-designed classes for groups of six or more upon request, based on Urban Cycling Techniques, Urban Riders (for Teens) or Biking for Work or Play. Fees dependent upon group.
