Answer:
Classify, Classify, Classify!
- Identify your team's main group by entering in your: department, store, location, etc.
- Define team Sub-group(s) by adding as many tags as you like.
- Team members can classify their group and sub group separately.
- Team members can have Sub-group tags that are different from Person Sub-Group tags.
- Riders will always list under the team's group/subgroup in team and organization rankings pages.
Classification Details
Important things to know:
- Teams and Riders can each be separately classified with two levels of classification:
- Group (one value, hopefully. Don't overload like with "Marketing - Seattle")
- Sub-group (zero, one, or many values)
- Team Rankings Reports are sortable by Organization, and can be filtered by Organization, Group and Sub-group
- Organization Rankings don't break down by Group and Sub-group
- Organization Detail Pages (click on an Org in the Organization Rankings) list this info about one organization:
- A Ranking of all Groups (formerly Departments) in the organization
- A list of all teams in the organization
- A list of all riders in the organization
- By entering in one or more Sub-groups, you can create infinite Mini-Challenges. Click here for more information about Mini-Challenges
